I'm not talking about black game developers or gay game developers, I'm talking about marginalized game developers. Some may be black or gay but they may not be (most black and gay game developers are NOT marginalized peoples.)

You may as well join this forum, because the entire industry gatekeeps and keeps marginalized people away. This is the only place where you'll find an admin who is honest and moral.
