Four Flying Flea Friends

You first meet the Four Flying Flea Friends in River Town. You will also meet one of them selling items several times throughout the game.
The big flea sells equipment in River Town. The medium flea sells items in River Town and throughout the game world, and the small flea operates the Whack-a-Skunk mini game. Nobody knows where the fourth is.
